Terms Of Service - Custom Character Designs:

-The price for commissions like these are largely based on the amount of work I'll need to do; I can give you a general price estimate based on your initial design request, but since I will likely be making several tweaks to the design as per your feedback, the remainder of the price will be determined as I work. This will be based on the complexity and quantity of the requested revisions-Small revisions, such as color changes or other slight adjustments will not increase the overall price. Major revisions include but are not limited to: changing the hairstyle, body type, clothing style, and adding things like accessories, body parts, etc. to the character
*The price for revisions will be especially high if the client requests them after I've begun the final drawing, so please make sure that we are in agreement with the design before you give me the green light to finalize it-Generally speaking, simple designs with rough concepts or references for me to go off of could cost as little as $50-$100, but complex designs that I primarily have to come up with on my own could cost $500 or more (and commercial use must be purchased separately unless I state otherwise). Please bear this in mind before placing an order!-The number of drawings I have to do will also change the initial price (i.e. character turnarounds, expression sheets, outfit line-ups, etc. will cost more than a single drawing). The price once again will be determined by complexity and quantity-Payment plans are only available on estimates over $250, but the final design will not be delivered until I receive the full payment!-My designs, by default, are for personal use only. Unless stated otherwise, an additional 50% of the final price must be added in order to obtain commercial use (i.e. if the design costs $500, it will be an additional $250 for commercial use, making it $750 in total)-When using my design, please credit me in some way! It's not required but always appreciated :)-If you want to resell the design, please contact me first (this also applies to any of my designs that you've modified). My permission is required before selling my designs, and is NOT allowed to be sold for more than you originally spent on it
